Contact Roots V8 Racing and get on the grid for 2009!!!
Of course, all the cars are new when they are first built and a lot of the cars you see here will come up for sale on the used Stockcar market. Roots V8 Racing can provide you with a brand new CAMSO V8, painted, stickered and ready to race but that option isn’t for everybody. Perhaps you would like the car so you can paint and sticker it yourself. Or maybe you would like to cut out the labour and build one from scratch. There are lots of affordable options to get you on the CAMSO V8 grid. Email or ring the team for more information.

Most of the used cars here are ready to race (if a little battle scarred). All of the cars here are competitive and have won races. Most of these cars can be tried before you buy them. Phone Roots V8 to book a test session.
#3 FORD FUSION
£15,000
Most CAMSO V8s are built to order. Drivers or teams can then choose specific details of the car, most notably, the type of body that should be fitted.
This car is entering its third season now as a rental car. It has had many podium finishes this season at the hands of drivers such as Xavier Verquin and Rudi Penders.
The car has never had a serious wreck and has the privilege of being the first Ford Fusion in CAMSO V8. The car features the 400/400 Chevrolet Motor and Brinn gearbox common to the V8 formula. To test drive this car, phone Tony Roots on 07860327297.
Cars can be bought painted or bare and ready for you to apply your own paint and graphics.
#5 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO
£15,000
This car is the sister car to the #3 as both cars were built at the same time. This car is also entering its third season as a rental car and, like its sister, it has many good results to its name having been piloted by the likes of Franz Lamot. The car uses the mandatory 400bhp Chevrolet power unit mounted to the Brinn 2 speed transmission. This car is also available for testing. Ring Tony Roots on 07860327297.
#4 FORD TAURUS
        £11,500
This car is one of the older cars on here. It uses a Tanner chassis as opposed to the Lefthander chassis used in the # 3 and #5 cars. This car was successfully campaigned by Kurt Dyjardyn before he decided to move over to a Lefthander chassis. The car has been employed as a rental car ever since. In its last two seasons it has won numerous races in the hands of Xavier Vandermersch and Clyde Williams. The car uses a GM Fastburn engine and has ARP Body work (accounting for the power bulge in the bonnet.) This car is a true bargain as most of the people who have driven it believe it to be the fastest CAMSO V8 in the field!
#77 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX
                £14,000
The #77 car is the same one Tony Roots drove to second place in the 2008 CAMSO V8 Championship. The car has numerous wins to its credit and has been the number one contender for the championship all season. The car is a Lefthander chassis with Five Star bodywork and a 400/400 crate engine. Tony is hoping to sell this car as a handy excuse for using the new Impala shown for sale at the top of the page.
#66 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO
SOLD
Used cars can be bought in direct from the U.S.A but check with us first to make sure what you are buying is eligible for CAMSO V8. This car was purchased second hand from the USA. It uses a perimeter chassis and was bought without an engine. Even with a brand new 400/400 Crate motor, it is still a very cheap way to get on the CAMSO V8 grid.
